Jaz Makadi Saraya Resort

Amazing place. Everything is really clean, our room, the pools, the restaurants and the beach. The hotel offers a great variety of food. There is a main restaurant where you get meals 3x times a day ranging from cereals with yogurt, a freshly made omelet or a chocolate croissant in the morning to freshly made pasta, fish, shrimps or kofta in the evening. Besides that, you can get snacks like shawarma, hot dogs, burgers, fries, salad, falafel, waffles, crêpes and ice cream with all kind of drinks at the several bars within the resort at the different pools or also at the food court right at the beach. There are also four a la carte restaurants which you can go to if you want, you even get one visit free of charge at one of these four restaurants (we could choose it ourself) from the hotel. There is also a waterpark with awesome slides (definitely not only for kids) including food and drinks which you can go to free of charge as many times as you want (it's a 10-15 minute bus ride from the hotel and the bus is departing once an hour in front of the hotel, free of charge). The beach is approximately a 5 minute walk from the hotel and at the beach you have several options to go diving/snorkeling/ making a quad tour and more What delighted us the most was the service and the personnel at the resort. The hotel staff is simply amazing. The service is super fast, no matter if its a drink youve ordered or a wish you have and they are super friendly. Most of personnel is always smiling and it really seems that everyone is enjoying their job and to provide a delightful experience to the guests. Kareem who served dessert during dinners always made us smile while serving us some delightful dessert and Sheba, a waiter at the terrace of the main restaurant, amazed me by his ability to oversee everything what's going on at the terrace while always already asking us for another drink before we could even raise our hand.

Everything was perfect, the stay was really great, the hotel is having a first class crew, who knows well how to help, support, and communicate with their guests. I wondered why this hotel is ranked first at makadi city despite of not being beachfront ( yet the beach is walking distance) .. and I realized that the staff there are the key to everyone's enjoyment 1. The relaxing pool was great for seniors or people who prefer reading on the pool 2. The food taste and quality was perfect, every item is tasty and not commercial.. best cheese cake ever .. seafood was great.. 3. Kids enjoyed the kids club so much.. 4. The animation team did great job through the shows. 5. We were luck to be there at the street festival .. great atmosphere. 6. A la carte restaurants are simple great. 7. The reception team was helpful, they prepared the rooms before arrival, and contacted us many times to ensure everything is great. Thanks Mahmoud and Talaat, 8. The ganzabil bar is great, I enjoyed the desserts by the pool, Michael is always smiling, Mina too is very helpful and professional. 9. The life guards and house keeping people are great, very friendly and always helpful. 10. The room size was great and provided some privacy in case you have children (superior double)

Saraya is such a beautiful landscape!! The hotel is so beautiful, so many trees and plants. Super eco friendly! Staff is the best staff I have ever encountered. They are so nice, friendly, helpful, and they all go the extra mile for everyone. I extended my stay for one more night as I didn’t expect to find such a wonderful hidden gem in Makadi/Hurghada. Food is always fresh and super delicious! You can always enjoy a variety of selection every single day. Animation team is so serious about their job and making everyone happy!

Good choice of food. The beach was not too far and the staff were very helpful. We were well looked after, and would return again.

Amazing stay, the whole experience was amazing, but what stood out for me was the staff. the staff is amazing, they were all very welcoming. I had an amazing experience because of them. special thanks to the pasta chef at el Nakheel restaurant (I guess his name is Bassem), chef Sayed and all the waiters. Another special thanks to Mr. Abanoub in the reception and Mr. Mahmoud Montasser. It was my first time in jaz saraya but definitely not my last because of you all.
